1 lb ground chuck
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
1 small onion, minced
3/4 tsp cornstarch
Dash ground allspice
1 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Combine ingredients; mix well and shape into small meatballs. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare sauce:
2 1/4 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
2 beef bouillon cubes
3/4 cup burgundy
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine ingredients and cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture is thick. Stir in meatballs and allow to simmer. Serves 4-6
