2 1/2 cups cooked cubed chicken
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 pkg long grain and wild rice mix
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 cups water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp each onion salt, thyme and pepper

In a greased casserole dish, combine ingredients, cover and bake at 325 for 55 to 65 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
