1 1/4 cups butter
1 1/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup chopped white chocolate
Preheat oven to 325. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla.
Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate.
Drop by teaspoonful onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, until cookies are golden.
