Category: Pork 1 - Chops and Steaks
Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

6 pineapple slices
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
6 pork chops, about 1 inch thick

In a resealable bag, combine dressing and next 3 ingredients and add pork chops, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally for 3 to 24 hours. Remove chops and reserve marinade.

Bring reserved marinade to a boil. Grill chops, basting frequently with marinade until chops are done. While chops are cooking, grill the pineapple, brushing with marinade, until golden and heated through. If desired, bring remaining marinade to a boil and serve over chops. Serves 6
