1 tsp each dry mustard and liquid smoke
1/4 tsp each ground coriander and cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1-3 tbsp ground chili powder
2 tbsp packed brown sugar and cider vinegar
1/4 cup dry white wine
5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 3/4 cup ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, finely chopped

Place ingredients in saucepan and simmer until onions are tender. Brush on favorite grilled meat.
