1/4 cup cold water
2 envelops unflavored gelatin
2 3/4 cups milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup red berry juice

Place water in cup, and sprinkle with gelatin. Allow to soften 5 minutes.

In a medium saucepan, combine milk and sugar. Cook over medium heat; stirring frequently, until mixture just comes to boiling point. Remove from heat, add softened gelatin, and stir until completely dissolved.

Stir in vanilla extract, almond extract and 1/4 cup berry syrup. Pour into six (6 oz) molds or custard cups. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

To serve, dip molds briefly into hot water, then loosen with knife. Unmold each onto serving platters. Surround with berries, and drizzle with remaining berry syrup. Serves 6
