2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 (2 1/2 oz) package smoked sliced beef, chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp prepared horseradish
Chopped nuts
Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise, mixing until well blended. Stir in cheese, beef, onion and horseradish. Chill. Shape into football-shape; roll in nuts. Garnish with pimento strips. Yield: 3 cups
