4 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups milk or half-and-half
1 cup coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed together. Pour into a butter 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

NOTE: It will separate after it has baked and make its own crust, filling and topping.
