2 large cloves peeled garlic
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard
3 soft boiled medium eggs
6 tablespoons lemon juice
4 large heads romaine lettuce
2 lbs boiled small shrimp
4 cups large bread cubes
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cut one clove garlic in half and rub inside of large wooden bowl. Blend pepper, 3/4 cup of olive oil, vinegar. Add Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and eggs, blend until dressing becomes creamy and then add lemon juice. Break lettuce leaves into bite size pieces into salad bowl. Toss the lettuce with the dressing and add the shrimp. Brown the remaining clove of garlic in the 1/4 c olive oil. Remove clove and add bread cubes. Drain off oil. Sprinkle with the cheese and add bread cubes. Toss lightly and serve. Serves 4
