1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Creole mustard
1/2 cup diced tomatoes and onions
1/2 tbsp chopped thyme and chopped basil
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup crawfish tails, lump crabmeat and boiled shrimp
1/4 cup diced ham, sliced smoked sausage and sliced green onions
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Blend mayonnaise, mustard, tomatoes, onions and spices. Add rice and remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Refrigerate 2 hours and serve.
