RAINBOW PASTA SALAD

2 cups rainbow pasta, cooked
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 cup diced raw carrots
1/2 cup coarsely chopped black olives
1 can artichokes, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup red (Bermuda) onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Favorite Italian salad dressing

After cooking pasta, place in large bowl. Mix in rest of ingredients. Make the night before and refrigerate. Toss before serving.
