Sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup each whiskey, ketchup and soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 (1 lb) pork tenderloins
Preheat oven to 400. Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer until thickened slightly, about 5 minutes.
Line a roasting pan with foil. Place meat in pan and brush with sauce. Roast about 45 minutes or until temperature reaches 155 to 160 degrees. Let rest about 10 minutes before slicing. Serves 8
