1 teaspoon Ancho chili powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon Mexican oregano
1/4 teaspoon course black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
juice of 1 large Mexican or Key lime
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Mix the dry ingredients together and sprinkle rub into the meat. Place in a pan and let rest for at least 2 hours.

Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle onto the meat and immediately get to cooking. Use the liquid as a baste during cooking.
