6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded think and cut into serving pieces
Seasoned salt, lemon pepper
Baking mix
1 tbsp dehydrated minced onion
2 cans cream of celery, mushroom and chicken soup
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1 can quartered artichokes, not marinated
1/2 cup sherry or white wine
1 tsp paprika

Roll chicken in baking mix. Brown in oil until golden brown on all sides and place in a casserole dish. Spirnkle with seasoned salt, pepper and minced onion. Spread soup on top and add mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Pour wine over all and bake, covered, at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes longer.
