2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 recipe Herbed Mayonnaise
16 slices smoked turkey
16 slices Jarlsburg cheese

Bake crescent rolls according to package directions. Cool thoroughly. Slice each crescent horizontally in half. Evenly spread Herbed Mayonnaise on each half of sliced crescent. Layer turkey slice and cheese slice on each sandwich. Yield: 16 sandwiches

Herbed Mayonnaise
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
2 teaspoons minced fresh chives
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, dill, chives, and garlic; mix until combined. Refrigerate 2 hours before using.
