4 cups lettuce, shredded
2 cups ranch dressing
1 large tomato, diced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
6 ounces Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 ounces thick sliced ham, julienned
1 1/2 ounces thick sliced turkey, julienned
1 1/2 ounces thick sliced roast beef, julienned
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup seasoned croutons

In a 3 quart glass bowl, layer lettuce, 1 cup dressing then remaining ingredients in order given. End with 1 cup of dressing, bacon and croutons. Serves 6
