4 3/4 inch thick boneless pork rib end steaks
1/4 tsp ground coriander and salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2/3 cup water
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp sugar
1-2 tbsp snipped cilantro
1 tbsp tequila
Lime slices or zest

Stir together coriander, salt and pepper and rub mixture on both sides of pork. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook steaks over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once until done (center will still be slightly pink.) Remove pork from skillet; keep warm.

Combine lime juice, cornstarch and sugar; set aside.

Carefully add water and bouillon to skillet; cook about 1 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook for 1 minute more and then stir in the cilantro and tequila; heat through. Serve sauce over pork. Garnish with lime slices or zest.
