2 lb ground beef
1 egg, beaten
Salt, to taste
2 tsp hot sauce and yellow mustard
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp steak sauce
8-10 bacon slices
1/2 cup chopped onions and bell pepper
1 small can mushrooms

Spread bacon on wax paper. In large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, salt, Tabasco sauce, mustard, bread crumbs, steak sauce together. Place beef mixture over bacon strips and flatten. Cover mixture with onions, bell pepper and mushrooms. Roll jelly roll fashion and remove wax paper. Place in baking dish and bake at 375 for 1-1/2 hours. Serves 6-8.
