4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1/2 lb mushrooms, minced
1/4 cup flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 cup white wine
2 tbsp port wine
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Heat 3 tbsp butter in a skillet and saute mushrooms until tender. Season with salt and pepper; set aside.

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dust chicken in flour mixture. Heat remaining butter and oil and suate chicken until done. Arrange in a shallow baking pan and spoon mushrooms over chicken. Add both wines to the skillet; deglaze the pan. Pour over chicken and top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
