RIB EYE MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1/3 cup hot water
3 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp each oil, soy sauce and cider or red wine vinegar
1 tbsp beef bouillon granules
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp each paprika and coarsely ground pepper

Combine ingredients and reserve 1/2 cup and refrigerate.

Pierce steaks several times on both sides with fork. Pour marinade over steaks; turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight; discard marinade. Cook steaks as desired. SErve warmed reserved marinade on the side.
