6 pork chops, trimmed
2 medium acorn squash, unpeeled, cut into 4-5 cross-wise slices, seeds removed
3/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup brown sugar and bouquet sauce
1 tbsp orange juice
1/2 tsp grated orange peel

Arrange 3 chops on bottom of crock pot. Top with the squash and then remaining pork chops. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon mixture over all in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or until done.
