3-4 lb ribs

Glaze
1 (10 oz) jar apricot preserves
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp dark rum
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ginger

Heat oven to 350. Mix glaze ingredients in a saucepan until preserves have dissolved. Place ribs in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Place on grill and brush with glaze until ribs are very tender. Glazing occasionally when turning.
