1/4 cup honey and frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup apricot jam
1/8 tsp nutmeg, cloves and ginger
3 lbs boneless ham

Preheat oven to 325. Place ham in a baking pan. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and brush over ham. Bake for 1 hour, basting several times during baking period. Serves 6

NOTE: This sauce is also good on grilled or fried 1 inch thick ham steaks.
