SMOKED ROASTED PAPRIKA CHICKEN WITH SPICY CHORIZO

3 teaspoons garlic oil
6 chicken thighs (bone in, skin on, my preference is organic free range)
3 spicy chorizo sausages cut into thick discs
1 pound baby potatoes, halved if bigger (I used mixed baby potatoes)
dried oregano, sprinkled to taste
Smoked paprika, sprinkled to taste

Preheat your oven to 425.
Sprinkle the garlic oil on the chicken in the bottom of a shallow baking pan. Add the sliced chorizo and baby potatoes around the chicken and sprinkle with the smoked paprika and oregano to your particular taste.

Transfer the pan to your oven and bake for an hour, or until the chicken is done. Halfway through, baste the chicken with the juices in the pan. Place the chicken, potatoes and chorizo on a platter and serve.
