1 pkg hot roll mix
2 envelopes onion-mushroom soup mix
2 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped green peppers
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 (16 oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese

Prepare mix as directs, adding 1 envelope soup mix with flour mixture. Let rise as directed.

While the dough is rising, brown beef and green peppers; drain. Blend in remaining envelope of soup mix, tomato sauce and oregano.

Knead dough as directed and separate into 3rds. Roll each into a 9 inch round and reserve. Layer in a lightly greased springform pan the dough, beef mixture and cheese.

The first layer of dough should be pressed up 2 inch on sides and remaining layers of dough press edges to seal also so that all the layers are encased. Final layer should be the cheese. Let the dough rise as directed. Cut slightly across top into 8 wedges. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely and chill overnight. Serve at room temperature.
