Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

1 jar Apricot Preserves
1 bottle K.C.Masterpiece BBQ sauce
1/2 can. Beer

Mix together and pour over and allow to simmer about 30 minutes to combine flavors and thicken.

NOTE: For a quick meal, I have added ribs, pork chops, or chicken in a crock pot and cooked on LOW for 6-8 hours. I have also added quartered onions, and green bell peppers, a can of chunky pineapple bits with it and served over cooked rice.
