1 lb ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
16 oz jar salsa
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained

Combine ground beef, 1/2 the taco seasoning, 1/2 cup salsa, bread crumbs and egg. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place in crock pot. Combine remaining salsa, taco seasoning and tomatoes over meatballs. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.

NOTE: I like to serve with Cheesy Mexican Rice.
