4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 bunch green onion, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple juice, undrained
1 tbsp crystallized ginger, chopped fine
2 tbsp each lemon juice and soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar or honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepperr

Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cover. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
