2 1/2 cups marinated artichoke hearts
3 clove garlic
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp each cracked pepper and dill weed
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Put all ingredients, except cheese, in food processor and puree for a few minutes. Add cheese and pulse for a few seconds to mix. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
