1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 small pkg lemon pudding, not instant
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs

Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Blend just enough until mixture is moistened, scraping bowl often. Then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack 15 minutes. Remove from pans and finish cooling on wire racks. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
