16 corn tortillas
Vegetable oil, for brushing the tortillas
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crumbled
1 1/2 cup grated Monterey jack cheese
Brush tortillas lightly with oil. In a small bowl, combine the seasonings and sprinkle over tortillas. Scatter the cheese on top and cut the tortillas into fourths. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
