1 lb boneless pork loin, cut into strips
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp honey and vinegar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Bamboo skewers, soaked in water 20-30 minutes

On skewers, thread pork strips accordion-style with the oranges. Add green pepper to the end of each skewer.

Sauce: combine remaining ingredients and brush sauce over kabobs. Broil 6 inch from heat source, 5-6 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce occasionally.
