1 box butter yellow cake mix
1 box toasted coconut instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 1/4 cups water

Coconut Glaze
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp corn syrup
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg shredded coconut

Prepare mix by combining ingredients in a mixing bowl and adding eggs one at a time while mixing. Bake in a 13x9 inch baking dish at 350, 20-25 minutes or until done.

Glaze: Cook ingredients except coconut in a saucepan until id bubbles. Cool and pour over cake.
