1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, washed and trimmed
Favorite beer, to cover
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter

Place sprouts in a mediume saucepan and pour enough beer over them to cover. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. Add more beer if needed as liquid evaporates. Drain; saute in butter and season with salt. Serves 4
