24 jumbo shrimp, about 1 1/2 lbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and fresh lime juice
1/3 cup fresh lemon and orange juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
10 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt and cayenne pepper
Peel shrimp, leaving the tails intact; devein. Arrange in a single layer in a large shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture over the shrimp. Broil for 8 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink, turning once or twice.
Serve over thin slices of French bread or with hot cooked rice, orzo or angle hair pasta. Garnish with citrus slices and additional cilantro. Serves 4-6
