1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp orange and lemon juice
1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
2 tsp minced garlic and salt
1 tsp pepper
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Citrus Garlic Sauce
1 tsp minced garlic, salt and pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp lemon and orange juice
2 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

In a shallow dish combine ingredients and add chicken breasts, turning to coat well. Let the chicken marinate, covered, at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally. Preheat grill over high heat until hot. Drain the chicken breasts and thread each piece on a skewer. Grill the chicken until done and serve with garlic sauce.

Citrus Garlic Sauce: In a saucepan, saute garlic in the olive oil until browned. Add the next 5 ingredients and cook until reduced by half, then swirl in butter.
