6 oz Italian sausage
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup pizza sauce
1 (12 oz) can refrigerated biscuits

Preheat oven to 400. In a skillet, brown sausage and bell pepper; drain well. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and pizza sauce.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits and flatten each biscuit into 5 inch circles. Spoon the sausage mixture onto the center of each biscuit. Fold dough in half over filling and press edges with a fork to seal shut.

Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.
