1 (1 lb) loaf Italian or French bread, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
1 (12 oz) jar roasted peppers, drained and chopped
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
Preheat the oven to 450.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and garlic; brush lightly over the bread and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden.
Remove the bread from the oven and layer with roast beef, roasted peppers, and cheese. Return to the oven and bake for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately. About 18 pieces
