GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS

2 1/2 lbs. chicken wingettes
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. mustard
2 cups cooked white or brown rice

Broil wings until browned, about 10 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, in a large pot combine vinegar, brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, ketchup and mustard. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add winGs and simmer, covered, until wings are tender, about 10 minutes.
