1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano and salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 to 2 lbs)

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chicken; mix well. Add the chicken breasts, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours, or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 15 to 18 minutes, or until no pink remains and the juices run clear, turning them over halfway through the grilling. Serves 6
