1 white cake mix
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups water
1 package strawberry Jell-O (small)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water

Prepare cake mix according to package instructions, using egg whites and 1 1/2 cup water. Pour in greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. Bake as directed. Cool 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare Jell-O as directed. With tines of a fork, poke holes to the bottom of the cake at 1/2 inch intervals. Gently pour Jell-O evenly over cake. Refrigerate 3-4 hours. Top with whipped cream. Refreshing summertime cake!
