2 pounds ground beef, browned
2 (11-ounce) cans shoe-peg corn
1 (15- to 16-ounce) can each: navy, pinto and Northern beans
1 (10-ounce) can Rotel tomatoes
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 packages taco seasoning mix
2 packages ranch dressing seasoning mix
Water, enough to make consistency you like
Mix all ingredients together. Heat and simmer over stovetop about 1 hour or until blended. When ready to serve, if desired, top with grated cheese and sour cream.
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
