4 medium roasted red peppers
2 tsp minced garlic
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
4 (6-8 oz) salmon fillets

Place ingredients except salmon in a food processor and blend completely. Grill salmon over medium heat, approximately 4 minutes per side per inch of thickness. Serve salmon topped with relish. Serves 4
