2 lbs baby back ribs
Rub
2 tbsp dried onion
1 tbsp onion powder and sugar
4 tsp ground thyme
2 tsp pepper, salt and ground allspice
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg and cinnamon
Mix together rub ingredients until blended and press mixture over ribs. Grill on indirect heat or bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until very tender. Cut into 1 to 2 rib sections for serving.
