4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 1/4 inch slabs pepper jack cheese
4 slices hickory-smoked bacon

Make a wide horizontal slit in each breast. Put the cheese inside, wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick. Heat grill to medium low. Arrange the breasts on center and cook until browned and cook through, about 7 minutes on each side. Serves 4
