2 lbs flank steak, trimmed and scored on both sides
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash hot pepper sauce
Combine remaining ingredients in a resealable bag and add the steaks, turning to coat. Marinate at least 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Grill or broil each side for 4 minutes. Slice think across grain diagonally.
