2 tbsp prepared horseradish
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 clove garlic, minced
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp beef bouillon granules
2 lbs sirloin steaks, about 1 inch thick, trimmed

Combine first 8 ingredients and rub mixture on both sides of steaks. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grill on uncovered grill directly over medium heat, turning once for desired doneness. Serves 8
