4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Paprika, salt and pepper
8 thin lemon slices
1/3 cup each honey and spicy brown mustard
1 tsp dried onion
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
Cooked yellow rice
Rinse and pat dry chicken with paper towels. Sprinkle pieces with paprika, salt and pepper and place in a casserole dish. Top with lemon slices. Cover and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine honey and next 4 ingredients and simmer until bubbly, stirring occasionally. Spoon over sauce and continue to bake about another 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with rice. Serves 4
