1 (12 oz) jar apricot or peach preserves
1/2 cup water
1 flank steak or sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 medium bell peppers, sliced
Hot cooked rice
In a small bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; set aside. I
n bottom of a broiling pan, arrange steak and peppers; top with soup mixture. Broil, turning once, until steak is done. Serve over hot rice.
