MEXICAN GRUB

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cups cooked and drained noodles
1 can drained whole kernel corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1 lb Velveeta cheese

Brown meat and onions; drain and return to skillet and combine ingredients. Heat until cheese melts and is heated through. Serve lightly crushed corn chips on top minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Serves 4-6
